Ticket purchase is binding. This is to avoid unnecessary administration, as the festival is largely organized on a voluntary basis. Should you change your mind or be prevented from participating for practical reasons, you are free to sell or donate your ticket to a motivated woman who can participate in accordance with the festival regulations. In case of documented illness or other unfortunate circumstances, you can check with your travel insurance for possible coverage. If the event cannot be held due to infection control regulations beyond our control or other force majeure, 80 percent of the ticket price will be refunded. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation via email, and practical information about the retreat and what to bring, will be sent out via email in advance.
